Ryoichi Kurokawa / oscillating continuum

Ryoichi Kurokawa is a Japanese artist based in Berlin. Kurokawa’s works take on multiple forms such as installation works, recordings, and concert pieces. He composes the time sculpture with the field recordings and the digital generated structures, and reconstructs architecturally the audiovisual phenomenon.

The “Rethink Butts” campaign, which kicked off in an exclusive with the New York Times today, aims to raise awareness, spark discussions, and encourage the general public to think about tobacco trash in a new way.

His latest work includes movie titles for Sinister, Hostel 3 as well as animated intros for production studios like Lime Orchard and Blumhouse. Amazing work and great editing to a slick track.
