Watch the first test. Gorgeous work coming up from Troika.tv for Senza Peso, the creative vision of directors Cory Strassburger, a long-time Troika collaborator, and Alain Vasquez. The short film, involving an alliance of musicians, designers and production artists, is being created and produced at Troika in support of the duos independent spirit. The team recently completed a four day live-action shoot using 2 RED ONE’s. Inspired by the epic track by drummer Ya’el and musicians from The Love Project, the fantastic story unfolds in the world between the living and the dead. You can watch the current build of the video and check out a wealth of behind-the-scenes content including storyboards, brainstorms, photos, all at senzapeso.troika.tv (thnx Robert!).

STM ( Montreal Public Transportation Society ) just released an awesome website to feature their green actions. As usual from design coming out of Montreal, the design is flawless. Sid Lee was the lead agency on this project and if you dig in, you’ll see a really great animation ( remember The Seed ? ) directed by Karim Zariffa and DOP by Simon Duhamel. Their also a whole lot of short film by Gabriel Poirier Galarneau. Enjoy!
